BUILT IN NEW ZEALAND. SUPPORTED IN NORTH AMERICA
HERLEY CARE TECHNICAL CENTRES
Herley Care Technical Centres (HCTC) provide local support for owners operating outside New Zealand.
These are carefully selected partner yards with the capability to service, maintain, and support Herley vessels to the same standard expected from the build.
For North American owners, this means you’re not relying on distance — you have a support network in place from day one.
How a Herley Build Works
Every Herley is developed in close collaboration with the owner.
The process begins with a detailed discussion around how the boat will be used — where it will operate, how it will be run, and what matters most to you.
From there, we move into a fully guided 3D design phase. You’re involved throughout, reviewing and refining the layout, systems, and details through a series of in-person or online sessions.
This isn’t a fixed specification — it’s a structured process that allows the boat to be developed around your requirements, with clarity at every step.
Once the design is resolved, a build slot is secured and construction begins, with regular updates as the project progresses through fabrication, paint, and fit-out.
