Our story began with years of frustration buying, building, and using boats that lacked the final details, were made from cheap quality materials, had unnecessary pools of water, and awkward helm positions. We knew there had to be a better way to build boats, and that’s why we decided to take matters into our own hands and start Herley Boats.
Leading our team is Nick, a seasoned boat builder, marine designer, and production/project manager with years of experience in major trailer boat and ship yards throughout New Zealand. Nick’s expertise and ground-up level of experience are what led to the design and production of our vessels.
